Ever want quick and easy topping to satisfy your sweet tooth? Then look no further. This easy to make Cream Cheese Icing will compliment any desert dish you can think of!
Why are we attempting this recipe? We are on a mission to try every recipe in Kent Rollins cookbook A Taste of Cowboy while we are camping. This was the topping we used on the Cowboy Brew Cake and it was good.

Sweet Tooth Solution! A Cream Cheese Icing that plum taste good!
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup strong coffee, cooled
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth
Beat in the remaining ingredients until well combined
